We at Hons Investigations conduct a large amount of surveillance, and will not break any laws to secure video surveillance footage. This means that we cannot trespass on the persons property to see them, or climb a neighbor’s tree to see over their privacy fence. A claimant DOES have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

There are many public places that we can and do obtain video surveillance footage. We have found that on many occasions a claimant can be seen, in plain view, doing activities outside their claimed limitations, right in their yard..
