On Saturday, January 17th, 2004 at the North Dakota Jaycee's year end convention, Hons Investigations owner, Russell Hons was presented with the North Dakota Roughrider Award, the highest award given by the North Dakota Jaycee's.  Later that evening North Dakota Governor John Hoeven and his wife Mikey Hoeven were awarded honorary Roughrider Awards for their continued commitment to North Dakota and Jaycee projects.
